Review: I have contacted business via phone and email. I was billed for a total of 5.25 hours of labor at the rate of $70 per hour for 2 people. The 2 men were at my house from 2:50 until 5:20 a total of 2.5 hours of labor for each. In addition, they performed work of cutting a pipe that I specifically asked for a quote on. They did not give me a quote, they performed the service.Desired Settlement: I wish to have the 2.5 hours of labor per man, that did not occur removed from my bill. A total of $350. In addition, finance charges be waived in lieu of the quote I did not receive for work prior to being performed.
