Good Nite Inn

In all my years I have rarely been exposed to such rudenessWe arrived
later than planned due to unexpected trafficI really needed to use the
bathroom before checking in or completing any of the paperwork but the desk
attendant refused to let me use the facilities in her office and there is no
public restroom in the lobbyAfter having been given incorrect directions
to our room we finally located the correct unit and hurriedly prepared to
attend my grand-daughter's graduation ceremonyLater in the evening, after
returning from the ceremony, the toilet in the unit's bathroom backed up and
would not flushWhen we called the front desk, we were not offered any
assistance other than "If you come down to the desk, we'll loan you a
plunger." That being our only recourse, we did indeed fetch the plunger, fix
the problem ourselves, and return the plungerAfter that, when I attempted
to call the front desk to inquire about another matter I was repeatedly hung
up on - times in a rowNext morning (after a shower that had less water
flow and pressure than I could spit), I went to the office to check out and
inform them that we would be reporting our experience and would never
returnA different desk clerk greeted me with the same attitude,
simperingly repeating over and over, "It was a pleasure to serve you, it was
a pleasure to serve you." It was certainly no pleasure for me! The room was
adequate though hardly luxuriousThere was no reading material about local
attractions, and no ** *** etcIn short, it is not a place I would
recommend to anyone, nor ever visit again
