The issue remains unresolved. The company representative did visit the condo, did acknowledge that the problem exists and did say that he will follow to schedule a time to resolve the issue by relaying the floors. No actual work has been done. The issue should remain open until the problem is actually resolved.

Finally spoke to client and sappointment on 3/22/to address the issues
