was responsive immediately when I reached out, scheduled with me and arrived on time. My project involved welding a receiver hitch to my RV to carry a six place bike rack. Before welding I explained that this receiver hitch would need to hold up to six 40lb bikes and a 70lb rack.

I thought the solution he proposed seemed under engineered and he assured me that "we could hang the whole RV and your Toyota Sequoia from the weld". I offered again to pay more for a more robust solution as the bikes could be over $5k that would be relying on the weld. The rack itself was $1900. He even helped put the rack on the RV and I hung a few bikes to show him how it worked. He again assured me his work would hold up!

See the pictures below. That is a $500 wheel destroyed, 2 damaged tires and multiple scratches. Bike damage exceeded $1000 fortunately no one was hurt from bikes flying off and hitting cars on the highway.

Okay so stuff happens and when you screw up, especially when the name of your company is "Good Karma", you make it right. See the text sting from "Good Karma" ***. As you can imagine, I was incredibly frustrated but I will work with someone else to repair his poor solution. So far I'm up to $1350 in damage and welding cost and still don't have the solution in place! He has gone unresponsive, what a horrible business operator!!
