I have dealt with various of customer service interaction daily! My experience with Good Fellows is phenomenal! The moment my husband and I walked in, Maria, which was the receptionist is very welcoming, helpful and joyful, (I must say, she gives that extra oommfff* on the excitement of us getting "the" car). She guided us who to talk to, which were Matt and Max, who helped us thoroughly, (specially with our credit being so rocky). Matt and Max put so much effort and hard work to get us approve on financing (great for building your effy* credit). I would really recommend their service! They are people person and they will really build a relationship with you to make sure that you are being taken care of.

One of the worst experience ever in my life!!! After making me wait for almost 3 long weeks and had the advance payment done they were not able to sell the car for me.. Giving unrealistic reason !!! Make sure buyers you have lot much of time and patience and call these people over and over again and still dont bother to get on the phone or call us back... Very unprofessional !!!!
