Good Faith Energy

We recently had 3 Tesla Powerwalls added to an existing 11.025kW Solar setup. Initially we went to Tesla who indicated it would likely take 4-5 months before they could come out and install. I found Good Faith Energy and spoke with Mo who indicated they pride themselves on their work and could likely get it completed in as early as 4-6 weeks depending up permitting and such.

They got it done in 3 weeks! I would like to give an additional shout out to Michael, Raymond, and their electrician Sevohn. Everyone was so professional and personable. My only regret was not knowing about this wonderful company before initially getting our solar installed. They treat each install with the same excitement as their customer, as if they are getting this installed on their own property.

Much of my in person contact was with Sevohn (Electrician) and I must say that he is so helpful and knowledgeable. He is definitely a hard worker that prides himself on the quality and appearance of the installs.

In closing, Mo and his Team are top notch and we will look to have any of our future Solar Needs met by the Good Faith Energy Team! A+++

After doing an incredible amount of research, quotes, and dealing with customer service. I can not say enough good things about Good Faith Energy. I have an 11KW system with a 16KW battery back up. Mo was terrific in explaining cost per watt. I was dealing directly with Tesla which was nothing short of a disaster they want you to sign a contract but outside of any business signature are terrible in regards to customer service, explanations of service and price. I would highly encourage any customer interested in solar and renewable energies to give Good Faith Energy a Call. Since my system has been installâ??ed GFE has been incredible in teaching me about my system taking time to show me the APPs and other medians to monitor my system. Even after install if I call they will return my call usually immediately at the longest a couple of hours. I give GFE 5 stars if they had ten stars as an option I would leave 10.

Dustin was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He installed both Nest Hello and a Nest outside cam. Despite running into a few issues regarding my WiFi setup and locations he managed to fix my connection problem and all cameras were working great before he left.

The whole process was very easy and fast due to the great team they have. They are very informative and helpful. The installation process was fast and the team was super nice. I called a few Solar companies and they were all let downs until I found Good Faith Energy. They called me back right away after I contacted them for information and with in a week they were already at the house checking out the place. We had the panels installed for almost a month already and we have had no problems. I love that I can go online and check the panels to make sure they are working correctly. I highly recommend Good Faith Energy if you are planning on going solar, worth every penny!
