Review: I ordered dog bones from this company on May 11. I have yet to receive them. I e-mailed them after several phone calls went unanswered. The sent me an e-mail apologizing. In June. they said they would refund my money and send to bones anyway. Still no bones. The charged my paypal account $15. 75. I want a refund. Forget the bones as they were birthday bones and the dogs birthdays have passsed.Desired Settlement: I want my account refunded.

Hello,
Review: Merchant sent wrong size item. On the top of that it took over a month to receive the item. My multiple emails were never answered and I was unable to get anybody on the phone either after numerous attempts. Yet their website is still up and running. Since I was unable to replace my item for the correct size, I successfully purchased a similar item via Amazon. I'd like to return their item for a full refund now.
