Review: I dropped off a black pants suit and a black piar of slacks on Saturday May ** at 10:21am to be picked up on Monday May ** after 5pm.When I went to pick up my clothes on Monday May ** I was told that they could not locate the items so I left and said that I would be back later in the week. I went back to the cleaners on Wednesday May ** around 7:40am and was again told that they could still not locate my clothes and that they would keep looking. I expressed to [redacted] that this was a suit that I needed for work which was met with disregard and annoyance. I was then forced to buy a replacement suit because I have a meeting on Friday May ** that requires me to wear a suit.[redacted]s never expressed any remorse or apologized for losing my clothing nor did they offer to reimburse me for the lost clothing.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to reimburse me for the items they "lost". I understand they they may not pay the full value but I need as least half of the money for a Calvin Klein suit and a pair of slacks from Ann Taylor Loft - around $125.
