To whom it may concern,Mr [redacted] came in 04/30/to purchase one of our used vehicles he said he was approved with BECU or quoted him at 3.29% the customer had no documents to prove said quote and there was changes made the quote was for supposedly months which the customer changed to months which affects percentages also no one at BECU corresponding percentages had no record of a callSo at months contract he was approved for 7.00% which we worked very hard to get him down to percent which brought his payments to what he wantedWe had to change from BECU to GTFA-credit union to get the lowest rate.ThanksBob M [redacted] Good Chevrolet Inc

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, it hasn't been two yearsSecond of all I've been trying to deal with these people for almost the entire time, since November if last year, when my car was involved in an accident, and they found all of the shoddy repair work done, and informed me that it had been involved in a previous, undisclosed accidentI was denied any form of diminished value claim because in their opinion, a previous rental and a previous damaged vehicle doesn't qualify None of which was discussed, by their own admission when I spoke to them on the phoneThey simply informed me that maybe the Carfax didn't reflect it because it was so new to their lot,which I can prove they had has for almost months peoplThey are hiding something, and this vehicle should never have been sold as if it were pristine, at pristine pricing Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have not addressed my original complaintIt has been over and a half months since we purchased the car and over weeks since we cancelled the maintenance contract and the GAP insuranceI was originally told it might take up to weeks to get my refundSeveral weeks ago I was told that it would be sent out that ThursdayEvery time I call I am told that they will look into it and get back to me and nothing happensToday they asked me to email copies of the forms we signed weeks ago cancelling the policiesThey should have the originals of these forms! Now they are responding to my complaint by saying that they need an explanation and that they have just talked to meWhat kind of response is that? I have been talking to them for weeks and they keep saying that they will do something but they don't and I still don't have my refund I would like Good Chevrolet to respond directly to my original complaint including the specific remedies requested therein Furthermore, I am disappointed in the Revdex.com for merely forwarding a response that in no way addresses the original complaintDo you even read this stuff?Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have not been provided the specific federal or state laws that prevent Good Chevrolet Inc., which is a licensed Washington state auto dealership from selling a vehicle to an out of state resident when the dealership advertised the vehicle nationally over the internetI offered to purchase the vehicle as a cash deal with no trade in and pay for shipping it to New Jersey by a licensed carrier in order to properly title it and pay sales tax to New Jersey where I liveThe dealership is discriminating by using the language in its national internet advertisement that Pricing Is For Washington Residents OnlyThey have prevented me from purchasing this vehicle which is a restraint of interstate trade. because:First of all, it hasn't been two years. opportunity to respond and, hopefully, to achieve a resolution of this consumer's concerns.
 
     We did not and would not encourage a consumer to provide false information in a loan application. We did not learn that the consumer lost either of his jobs until months after he purchased the vehicle. At that time, we learned that he lost both of his jobs and we attempted to work with him and offered him a resolution, despite no obligation to do so. The consumer rejected our efforts to assist him.
 
     We remain willing to work with this consumer if he will commit to working with us in a professional and appropriate manner.

dealership.  With an 11 million dollar inventory, obviously there are times where something gets either left out, or listed as on the vehicle and it does not have it.  Every customer has the right to refuse to buy it, and we always correct it when a mistake is made.  This was made clear to the customer, and after they bought the truck in question, we thought the matter was solved.  Listed below is the disclaimer on all used vehicles.
 
DEALER DISCLAIMER: All vehicles are one of each. All PreOwned or Certified vehicles are Used. A dealer documentary service fee of up to $150 may be added to the sale price or capitalized cost. All offers expire on close of business the day subject content is removed from website, and all financing is subject to credit approval. Prices exclude tax, title, and license. All transactions are negotiable including price, trade allowance, interest rate ( of which the dealer may retain a portion ), term, and documentary service fee. Any agreement is subject to execution of contract documents. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the existence of condition of any equipment listed.

changed to 84 months which affects percentages also no one at BECU corresponding percentages had no record of a call. So at 84 months contract he was approved for 7.00% which we worked very hard to get him down to 5.99 percent which brought his payments to what he wanted. We had to change from BECU to GTFA-credit union to get the lowest rate.ThanksBob M[redacted] Good Chevrolet Inc.

.I sent copies of the Carfax when we purchased the vehicle and I also sent a copy of the as is sticker  signed by the customer, after two years there's nothing I can do and we definitely don't owe any money to the customer.Thanks

since we cancelled the maintenance contract and the GAP insurance. I was originally told it might take up to 4 weeks to get my refund. Several weeks ago I was told that it would be sent out that Thursday. Every time I call I am told that they will look into it and get back to me and nothing happens. Today they asked me to email copies of the forms we signed 8 weeks ago cancelling the policies. They should have the originals of these forms!
Now they are responding to my complaint by saying that they need an explanation and that they have just talked to me. What kind of response is that? I have been talking to them for 8 weeks and they keep saying that they will do something but they don't and I still don't have my refund.

I apologize for the inconvenience.I called the finance company lender and the checks have been received and processed.Our whole staffing in the accounting office has been changed that didn't help.Like I said I'm very sorry.Thanks
