Review: I had trees planted over a year ago. One of the trees was a king palm which was diseased. After much patience, the tree was finally replaced. The problem, is that the palm tree that was replaced was not of comparable size with the other trees that were planted previously.I informed [redacted] immediately, and he told me he would go to the nursery to find another tree. I have called [redacted] many times and he has not returned my calls or replaced the tree.Desired Settlement: Replace small king palm, with a palm tree of similar size of existing trees.
