Very poor service! We got our ac installed almost two months ago, they said it was gonna be done fast and professionalWell the electricians he contracted drilled several holes around our brand new concrete slab, even after we had asked them to avoid doing soAfter they drilled the first hole they figured out they weren't gonna be able to reach due to the basement door, then they drilled a second one and they realized it was way too close to the electric box for it to be the grounding, then of course the third one is the charm they finally figured it outWhen it comes to the duct work we had agreed on an extension to the basement, which was in the contractHe decided to change his mind and his staff knew nothing of what had to be done The duct work was very sloppy, and had to keep asking for them to be fixed before they covered them since one had an air leak and one vent was just pushed into the walls
