There are multiple people on the membership. [redacted] did cancel correctly and was not billed for her membership, however she was charged for the other member on the account.

The collection letters were sent in error due to new billing software.  Annual renewal memberships unpaid for greater than 90 days were terminated and balance waived.  New system didn't distinguish and sent letters to every account that collection status rescinded, balance waived $0.00.
