Gold's Gym Roanoke, L.L.C

I had an account with golds gym electric rd roanoke, va. after a month and 1/2 I was in a car wreck and could not go. payments were being deducted fram a credit card which was changed and could no longer be deducted. I received no bill but eventually received somthing from first credit service.a year subscription was paid off along with collection fees and I told both the collection agency and golds gym I could no longer go to the gym, to cancel my contract. on my statement that I paid I wrote paid in full and my contract was cancelled. on march 20, 2013 I received a pnone call from first credit services 371 Hoes lane 300 B Piscataway, NJ 08854 ###-###-#### that I owed 648.76 because my account wasnt cancelled because I didnt send a certified letter to them canceling the contract. but when I asked where to send the letter he would not tell me. he said I had to pay them 648.76 , or 459.38 if I paid in 2 days to get a claim# and then send the cancellation notice. I never received any statements from golds gym or first credit services that anything was owed. I called golds gym electric Rd to see if my account was still active and they said it was cancelled in 2009.
