I talked with and wrote to on June 14, 2017 in regard to unordered, unwanted, and unrefunded money for charges of $109.99 and $99.99 to my credit account on may 7th, 2017, and I have received no reply to said letter. I returned the unwanted bottles to the address from which they were sent, and I have a postal receipt for said shipment

To make matters worse, I received (2) additional bottles from you instead of a refund in June that were also unordered and unwanted, for which my account was charged an additional $109.99 and $99.99. I also returned those unopened bottles of capsules with an accompanying letter that I do not want your products, I did not order any of your products. I again stated that I want a refund of all the money charged to my account and that I have postal receipts for the returned products. To date, I have received no refunds and no replies to my missives. I am herewith once again requesting monies, now amounting $419.96, be refunded. I assume your products are fine, but I simply have no need for them, and I do not want them.To prevent further unauthorized withdrawals from my account, I have had to cancel my account and open a different one.
