On December 6, 2019 I have enrolled my son to the Goldfish Swim School of Pembroke Pines and paid $213.00 for their "End of the Year Special". This package was advertising a "$25.00 enrolment fees were waived", but my Payments history shows that $25.00 have been deducted on that same date. Then, on February 2, 2020 my son went from the Junior Level 1 to junior level 2 and another $25.00 charge shows up on my payments.
The $25.00 enrolment fee is an Annual membership fee paid per child.
I haven't been informed that I would have to pay these $25.00 annual fees twice in less than 3 months.

Then came the COVID-19.
The swim school had to close in March, and meanwhile I have paid $100.00 on February 28, 2020 (the regular price is $94.00 but the *** did not have change, so she told me she was crediting my $6.00 extra for the next month)
But my son could enjoy only 1 unique class in March and the school closed.
Today, Goldfish Swim School is refusing to let us use the 3 classes missed because the business was closed because of the Coronavirus pandemic, and they are requesting us to pay again $70.00 of re-enrolment fees to unblock our 3 classes missed because of their closure.
If I pay $70.00, I will not use my 3 make-up classes but the ones that will be paid for with the $70.00 re-enrolment fees. Also, I have paid twice $25.00 of yearly enrolment fees, so I don't understand why I should pay again to get the 3 classes already paid to the swim school.
I have spoken with the *** representative, then with the Manager, and with the General Manager, and I am still not getting what I have paid for.
I would understand better the situation and I would accept to pay the $70.00 requested by the school if I was responsible of the fact that my son missed his classes, but the closure was because of the COVID-19, and not under my responsibility.

Refund I have nicely tried to get my 3 make-up classes credited immediately so I can have a little bit of release before going back to payments. Our family has been impacted as well by the Coronavirus by the loss of my husband's job, which was our main household revenue. I have spoken with 3 different people from the Goldfish Swim School, and no one has tried to resolve my problem. A call back has been promised to me but I've never heard from them anymore.
Spoke to mom yesterday and told her that her make-ups could be scheduled without re-enrolling due to circumstances. Waiting to get swimmer put into the classes.
