Our builder used Golden Window products in our new home built in Within the first years we had issues with transom, side door panels, front doors were defective, and now we have another transom unit that is not sealed and condensation is between the glassWhile all items (prior to the current one) were replaced, they all had issues at different times so we have had numerous visits from the company to replace units, and no compensation or confirmation of warranty has been givenFor all the disruption you would think that someone at a senior level would have reached out to usWe're beyond disappointed with the quality of this product and wonder how they will last when we've had issues with in the first years***

We built 2 custom homes in 2012 and moved into one. Have replaced over 7 panes due to condensation. Every year we have ice forming on the inside of the window in the winters. Front facing windows already have to be replaced. Disaster!
