customers need more than one hour to finish with their laundry , so if someone is inside the laundry washing or drying , the person is permitted to be there until 10:00 pm. As you mentioned in the letter, the customer who is claiming arrived to my business around 9:15 and 9:20 , we have the right to tell her that she wasn't allow to enter at the time because it was over 9:00pm. If you have any question feel free to call me or approach to any of my coin laundromat to verify my signs and business hours.
