4/28/17Revdex.comComplaint ID# 12066883To Whom It May Concern:Please see attached service record for Ms [redacted] .Also please find attached the documents Ms [redacted] signed at closing that made her aware we have a service center for warranty work If she could not bring the unit in for warranty work, she would have a service charge When she called for service and was told the charge, she screamed and cussed our employee We do not tolerate our employees to be cussed! Management took over the file, as a courtesy we reduced the service call from to 62.50, even though she is miles round trip from our dealership Our service tech took water heater parts on the truck but unfortunately it was an electrical issue and we did not have those parts on the truck Her water heater does have the option to produce on electric or propane Service manger ordered needed part Again, Ms [redacted] called screaming and cussing the management about parts having to be ordered as well as the service charge Management advised her the only way to reduce the charge for second time was to have her wait until we had other service calls in her area She refused to pay a fee and became irate and told management that she did not want anything to do with our company The file was closed on 3/22/17.We did receive the part but she will have to pay the full amount or bring the unit to our service center.Sincerely,Golden Triangle Homes, Inc [redacted] , Secretary
