Review: I purchased a cell phone Order#347[redacted]61 Iwas suppose to receive a $100.00 pre paid visa card. I did not receive. When I e-mailed they said they were sending a check instead because of difficulties. I purchased phone in Decmber of 2013 and have still not received my $100.00 dollars.Have I been ripped off?? I sent them my mailing address 4 or 5 times.Desired Settlement: All I want is my $100.00 dollar refund. Please
