Property Management Company told us to send them all the invoices that we had for this property so we could be paid because they were no longer going to management it. The Property Management Company sent an email to the Property Owner and our company and I quote:
"These are honest people that not only provided the labor at very reasonable rates, they also fronted their money for materials to deal with maintenance issues with a property that you own. I'm committed to see that they get reimbursed for their time and materials. Hopefully this can be resolved amicably as this work was done in good faith with knowledge that we did not hold a reserve".
We have been very patient and have not filed in court as of this date. We would prefer to resolve this without going to court. On September 3, 2015, we offered to answer any questions regarding these invoices and he never called. We have since sent him the receipt for the bathroom vanity he requested and see no reason why these invoices should not be paid.
