I am rejecting this response because: When I test drove the car I told the sales person the brakes were not in great shape, he assued me there was "plenty of pad"I purchased the car on a Monday, called on Tuesday regarding the breaks, the sales guy said bring it in and we'll put it up on the lift, pull the tires and look at themWhen I got there, instead of doing that the owner put brake fluid in, drove it and said all is goodWell this was a red flag to me, the sales rep sayning one thing and the owner doing another, so I brough the car to my mechanic, and was told the head gaskets were "seeping" basically saying they'd need to be relpaced within 5,miles and the transmission needed work, slippage between 1st and 2nd gearTotal estimated cost of $2,to get both addressedI called the owner to tell him and was basically told, "to bad", the warranty, which they added to the cost w/o asking, would cover the head gaskets and tough luck on transmissionAnd then he hung up when I mentioned I'd be involving my laywer.

customer that purchased car was given the opportunity to have a pre purchase inspection done on the vehiclethe car was sold as/is and the customer called the dealership and said that he wanted work done to the vehicle but also said that nothing was wrong with itthe sale is final and we will not
refund money on the vehicle because the customer stated nothing at this time was wrong with it, thanks
