I live in [redacted] and received a call 10/31/noontime from a customer service rep looking for the people who previously had my phone # over years ago When I requested that my phone # be removed from their calling list, I was told the company could not and would not do soI explained that I was exercising my rights under the [redacted] Do Not Call RegistryThe CSR said he had never heard of such a thingI asked to speak with a supervisor who gave me the same responseI then told the supervisor to Google DO NOT CALL List for more information and that I would be filing a DO NOT CALL Compliant with the [redacted] the [redacted] and [redacted] officesI also informed the supervisor that if I received calls from this company after the request to remove and the compliant that the company is liable for $10,fine by the [redacted] and damages may be awarded to me

When I requested that my phone # be removed from their calling list, I was told the company could not and would not do so. I explained that I was exercising my rights under the [redacted] Do Not Call Registry. The CSR said he had never heard of such a thing. I asked to speak with a supervisor who gave me the same response. I then told the supervisor to Google DO NOT CALL List for more information and that I would be filing a DO NOT CALL Compliant with the [redacted] the [redacted] and [redacted] offices. I also informed the supervisor that if I received calls from this company after the request to remove and the compliant that the company is liable for $10,000 fine by the [redacted] and damages may be awarded to me.
