Review: They did unauthorized work (replacing pool filter) and are trying to bill me for it. I was home at the time, yet no one knocked on the door to get permission to do the work. I called the owner, [redacted], to express my displeasure. He said I did not have to pay.I decided to dropped them and went with another company.Desired Settlement: Tell them to stop sending a bill for work I did not authorize.
