service in 2016.  However, a Lexis Nexis identity verification search we did when she recently requested new service, associated her name and SSN with an unpaid balance from [redacted] dating back to 2008.  As I explained to Ms. Y[redacted], we will research this unpaid balance and follow back up with her. I have located several details by way of Lexis Nexis and wanted a final confirmation from her previous landlord before expecting payment in full.
