Golden Needle

We have a no returns policy, I did offer to replace her purchase with another product, she did not inform me that the replacement parts I gave her did not fix the problem. And she did not bring in the machine for me to verify that it still had a problem. She did tell me that she found another machine at a yard sale and then she wanted her money back from me.

I informed her that I do not do refunds, but would be happy to find her a replacement machine for the one she purchased from me; she did not take me up on my offer. The offer still stands for 3 months.

I do have posted signage that does not state a 15% restocking fee for those who exchange or take store credit.

I hope this response has shown that I am willing to resolve the matter, but a cash refund is not going to be an option.
