I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The business refunded the amount of the charges for the party deck. It is disappointing no effort was made to address the misrepresentation in the advertizing and can only hope that the business either makes an effort to upgrade security and the facilities, and additionally the positioning of the stage to the party deck, or discontinue the inaccurate misrepresentation.Regards,
