Review: We payed for a wedding package which included an anniversary album (wedding date June 28, 2014 in Pittsburgh, PA). We never received the anniversary album. Additionally, all guests who ordered pictures or photo books from the website never received their orders.

Numerous attempts to contact the business have resulted in no response.Desired Settlement: Provide us with the photo album we payed for in our package (ARV ~$1000) according to the website. Provide our guests with the photos/albums they purchased (ARV ~$10 - $400)

Review: I paid over $800 for wedding photography. I have yet to receive 1 photograph. I have sent several emails requesting my photographs or even a phone call. I have received no response at all. My wedding took place 6/29/13. We are coming up on our year anniversary and still don't have any pictures from our wedding! This is extra frustrating because we did not hire a videograher so the photographs are the only memory we have.Desired Settlement: I want all of my photographs and the prints that were included in my package.
