Review: We have ordered a silver spoon online and paid for overnight shipping. The only way for us, living miles away from store location, to see what we are buying is to look on the website. Well, the image showed online was apparently outdated. We found that out after receiving the purchase.

We contacted customer service right away, but were told that the collection showed online is no longer available, but they have not updated the images. They refused to refund our shipping cost as a nice gesture or do anything else to help us. We have talked to two store representatives named Alena and Mariam, as they said. According to the sales people we had to sent the purchase back at our cost and reorder something else, because what's showed online is not available (no sign of that online though). I would have done it if it was my mistake, but when it is business' fault and nothing is done to please the customer, it looks fraudulent to me.

The purchase I made was not cheap, I have spent $97 on the item and additional $25 for shipping and felt like my business was not important to them at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my shipping cost refunded back to me as a resolution of awful customer service and incorrect representation of items sold online. I would also like if they could upload new item pictures as they change them so people know exactly what they buy and pay for.
