I had never met Dave before I needed a tow and car repair. He picked me and my family up in the middle of the night and drove us to a nearby hotel. He then completely handled everything with my warranty company. He was adamant on helping me, and he made sure I had the best possible chance of not only getting back on the road but being covered under my warranty. That's not all... Dave still helps me out to this day. Even though I live nowhere near Black River Falls he is more than willing to answer any questions I have. He genuinely likes helping people. I would strongly recommend Dave [redacted] to anybody in need of service or repair. He will be completely honest and up front with you about your situation and options. He's a stand up guy. Thank you, Dave!

I was making the big move from Minnesota to Chicago when I could feel so something change in my tires while driving at about 6pm on a Saturday nightI managed to get to a gas station in Hixton, Wisconsin right off of the highwayThe gas station gave me two business cardsOne of a company across the street who, when I called, said I would have to pay $just to call in a mechanic to look at the vehicle, plus any costs for labor and partsI called the second number which was for McCullough's Service and Repair LLCDave answers and tells me he lives in town and was doing yard work so he was a bit dirty but he'd stop over and take a look at it, free of chargeNo complaints there, as the other company wanted $just to lookDave tells me that the belt inside my tire had broken and I would need a new tire and my spare wasn't of course going to the last the next few hundred miles I needed to drive to ChicagoHe drove back home, grabbed his keys to the repair shop, and followed me as I drove to the shop, that way I could drive a comfortable speed with my tire being the way it wasWhen we got there he immediately got to work and changed out the tire while also having a good conversationTurns out my tire was the worst he has seen in quite a whileWithin the hour I had a new, used tire and some other suggestions from Dave about my old car and what to do and what not to doIn the end, he explained his pricing to me and only charged me $He went above and beyondHe opened his shop on a Saturday evening, got me safely to the shop, and fixed it quickly and was also very friendly as wellIf I didn't call him, I would have been looking at minimum at a $to $bill with the other companyAs a year old girl, stranded in a small town in Wisconsin, trying to get to a destination hundreds of miles away, and no other alternatives, I am beyond grateful for the generosity and skills Dave M*** offered to me and for my carI can't thank him enoughThank you, Dave!

The owner of McCullough's, Dave, went totally above and beyond to help us when our car's windshield was smashed by a flying muffler on I-94. My kids and I are from out of town and we are very grateful for his recommendations, help with a loaner car, and then he drove back with a car seat we'd forgotten in his tow truck!! Thank you!

Review: I ordered from this business and after they confirmed the amount over the phone they charged nearly ten dollars more. After I spoke to the owners they began to yell and threaten to never deliver food to our home. They claimed there was a delivery charge and charged $1 per $10 dollars of food ordered. This tax was never disclosed.Desired Settlement: $9.17 refunded back to my debit card
