I work at the *** next door to the restaurant. My coworker and I decided to place a To-Go from the restaurant for dinner. When one of the workers dropped our food off to us in a large brown paper bag, we noticed roaches were inside. Roaches were inside the large bag that carried our food, and they were in the small brown paper bags that separated the side salad and side soup from the rest of our dinner.

To whom it may concern:
In response to the above captioned complaint, please be advised that I have been in business for 33 years and have never had any problems like this before. We employ a professional exterminator who services our establishment weekly and we contacted them upon receipt of this notification. They came and inspected all areas and found no infestation.
You state that we were contacted regarding this incident. We were NOT. The "Salesperson" (Devin) knows nothing of this and has delivered food many times in the past couple of weeks since this report was filed.
I would be more than happy to discuss this and address any problems there may be with the complainant.
I care about my customers and desire to maintain a positive reputation in my community.
