Golden Chick

Went to get my order. Food was missing. Called and the girl apologized and said if I wanted to go back and pick it up. Advised that I was driving far from them and would not be possible. The girl said to give her an hour because they were swamped. She took my name and number. I called an hour later because I didn’t receive a call back. The manger said that the girl I spoke to was gone and I couldn’t get my money back because it had been an hour. I insisted, “I want my money back.” She had me drive all the way back and said now her register was off. Told me, “I will give you shrimp instead. You want food right?” I told her, “No just my money.” Had 4 girls all making rude comments around me. Until one girl in the back said, “I got the money to reverse.” I asked for a receipt of the refund and was told no. Then I was pushed out the door with them all making comments. I have no clue if my money will be reversed. Jeanette S. was the manager on duty. I was wondering how this establishment was not packed when everywhere else was. Now I know. They have very rude employees.
