Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me; however Mr [redacted] recount of the events are riddled with errors and inaccuracy This company never contacted me one single time Everyone communication was initiated by me after several unanswered phone calls and eventually a physical visit to the store The only person I interacted with in regards to any resolution was a [redacted] who took a photo copy of my banking statement displaying the duplicate charge She took my contact information and states her boss (whom I'm assuming is Mr [redacted] ) would reach out to me That never occurred He made not attempt at all to contact me until this perhaps the notification of a Revdex.com complaint landed on his desk Of course then I received quite an insidious phone call from him When I finally reached someone again regarding this issue was when I was told that I could come in to get my refund Even then [redacted] acted as if my presence was an annoyance They did not treat my concern with any empathy nor urgency This company is horrible Yes, I received a refund that ultimately that was the desired outcome; however business has poor customer service and it will surely be their undoing Regards, [redacted]
In regard to the above complaint, the customer has has received a refundHis card was accidentally processed twice for the same saleWhen we learned of the possible mistake, we contacted our credit card processor the following day and confirmed that the card was processed twiceWe
immediately called the customer and ask him to come back for a refundUnfortunately, the customer did not give us an ample opportunity to respond but instead went straight to your company to file a complaint over $mistake that was resolved the following day Thank you, *** ***
