Your letter dated April 6, 2015, about a complaint brought to your office by Miss*** was received.About sometime in mid-December 2014,a young man by the name of Bruce *** purchased a Pontiac Grand AM from me and said he was coming back later to get a Temp Tag for the
car.Mr*** later returned with Miss*** on the 5th of January if I'm not mistaking and said they were registering the car in her name.It was upon this request by the both of them that the paperwork was done in her name.Miss*** received a Temp Tag and was told to come and pick up the hard tag upon payment of$for Tax and other fees for OMV.Miss*** came sometime before the Temp tag which was valid for days expired and paid the$to get the hard tag.She also received the hard tag about a day or two later.Four weeks after, Istarted receiving phone calls from a State Of Delaware phone number from a lady that claimed to be the Mother or Grandmother of Miss*** threatingto shut me down and all sort of stuff for selling her daughter or granddaughter a bad car cause she works at the court.I tried to explain to her time and again that they needed to contact Mr*** because that was the person Ireceived the money from for the car and wasn't sure what kind of agreement or warranty he had given Miss***.The only money received from Miss*** was the $for the hard tag.Mr*** has a Felton address and his Driver's license number is 1456521and it is my belief that Mr*** and Miss*** are quit acquaintedIhave even offered for the both of them to come over as they did in the beginning so Ican get an understanding of what is going on.It is my wish that whatever the problem is can be brought to a reasonable settlement
I called the lady times when I received the latter because I don't no her I don't sell cars that old, I sell my trade inn to a guy name *** , so she need to call me and let me no I gave her my bill of sale
"">thanks
Super nice guys. Were here when they said they'd be here. Had to order a part and were back when they said they'd be back. The work was fast and efficient and they charged me $30 LESS than they quoted.
Review: I purchased my first car from Golden Chariot Motors, LLC. I asked the dealer numerous amount of time what was wrong with the car. I was told just the windows were not working. I paid the dealer 1600 plus money for tags and plates. After I almost got hit by a tractor trailer on Dupont Highway, the car just locked and stopped and started to roll. Thank goodness the truck driver saw I was in trouble and swerved around me. I called Mr. [redacted] who represented Golden Chariot Motors, LLC and he said there was nothing he could do. I took my car to a mechanic and he told me the car needed a new engine and a lot of other things needed to be fixed. I was devastated. Can you please help me!!! I spoke to some other college kids that I know and was told that Golden Chariot Motors, LLC did the same thing to them and they just took a lost. It is not fair that they are doing un-acceptable practices to obtain a sale. I could have been killed. Please anything that you can do will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!!!! I truly hope that you are able to stop them from doing this practice.Desired Settlement: I wanted a car that I could drive and yes invest in but not a new engine.
