Originally I picked this shop because of it’s good reviewsThey replaced my windshield April of As temperatures have changed here in the PNW my windshield cracked all the way from the drivers side to the passengers side on the bottomVery disappointing obviously as I just paid $to have it replaced months agoI stopped by the shop to see what they had to sayI approached the owner and told her what had happenBefore she even took the time to checkout my faulty windshield she asked me if I wanted to pay for another replacement windshieldAre you kidding me?? Yeah so the conversation went on and she finally went and took a look at my carShe said it wasn’t covered under their warranty and I was pretty much *** out of luckThis shop obviously does not pride themselves on good customer service and they sure as hell don’t back up their product/servicesThe glass they use is cheap and is a complete “RIP OFF” I highly recommend not going to this shop as they don’t back their product/services and customer service may seem good when you’re “BUYING” but just wait until your glass cracks months down the roadAs they say “time will only tell”
