before he bought itWe have tried to deal with *** in good faith even though he never spent one cent for this roof.He has been on the roof and had other people messing with this roof voiding the warrantyI believe there is an addiction problem as he continually asked for a hofrom the roofers for illicit drugsHe also has turned them away from an appointment because he was busy with his carHe invited the roofers to meet him at a bar called the ***, he showed up there with friends sat at the bar pulled a knife out and said when these roofers show up I'm going to stab them in the backHe then proceeded to stab the knife into the bar as an exclamation point witnessed by several of the patronsThis caused him to get forcibly removed and the police calledI feel it is in everyones best interest and safety to stay away from this guy.I have voice mails from *** telling me what a great company Golden Age is, and how he appreciates our efforts and how everything had been repaired to his satisfactionSo one day he loves us the next day we are no good so and so's.I do not wish to have further communication with this gentleman nor do I have any interest in any refundMy warranty, good will, and patience have expired
