another computer related issueWe told the customer he would need a new computer installed in order to fix the issue, customer declined and went to another shop where they replaced the solenoid for him again which did not correct the problem as we told the customerCustomer brought the second solenoid that we installed back to our shop in hopes that the part could be refunded, we told him we would have to check with our supplierOur parts supplier would not refund us on the part because it had already been installed and it was found not to be defective
