You will not regret hiring this local company to inspect your current or future home. Gold Shield Inspections provided me a comprehensive report of the house I was purchasing, including dozens of pictures to support their analysis. At the end of the inspection, Brent and Sara walked through the property showing me the individual safety concerns and material defects. They ranked what needs addressed immediately to what can be completed or fixed at a later date. Gold Shield Inspections made this a very easy process and offered advice and visual demonstrations on how to fix the issues. On top of this, they offer multiple discounts and they have a sense of humor. I would not hire anyone but Gold Shield Inspections for my future inspection needs.
