Very rude owner, seems like he doesn't care to talk to his customers, especially if there is a problem

One of my family members was recently exposed to bed bugs, and the place where he was staying is currently being treated for this. I called Gold Seal to inquire about having my home inspected. I spoke to [redacted], who was extremely nice. When I explained the situation to him, he told me that the chances of me having bed bugs in my home because of this were very small. He suggested that instead of paying $450 to have them come out and do the inspection, I inspect myself and let them know if I found anything. He explained to me how to do the inspection, what to look for, and gave me some online resources. He also offered me some tips on mattress covers, etc., none of which come from his company. I was so impressed that he was giving me real advice, rather than just scheduling the appointment and taking my money. If we wind up having a problem with bed bugs (which I really, really hope we don't) I will definitely be calling [redacted] at Gold Seal.
