marked as such.The Cardholders claim that the merchandise is not real in an attempt by the cardholder to Scam Chase bank and GoldRush Jewelers out of money. This is  A common Scam in the jewelery industry. The Buyer purchase jewelry and thenmakes A false claim and attempts to get A charge back, If the Scam I successful the Conartist then has the money backon his credit card and also successfully keeps the jewelry. Our company has sent A letter to the Attorney General ofOhio about this particular Issue and the customer Involved. Please read inclosed letter to the Ohio Attorney General.Mr. [redacted] has NEVER attempted to come Into our store OR personally call us to discuss any of his false claims andaddress his issues with the owner or Management of Gold Rush Jewelers. This is Purley and Attempt at theft from ourcompany and A common scam In the jewelery Industry.As mentioned In our letter to the Ohio Attorney General Mr. [redacted] Is welcome anytime to come In to the store anddiscuss the matter. identified themselves as the daughter of a gentleman who had a ring fixed at our Rohnert Park store. I emailed them back with my phone number and never got a response. I asked the store personnel who I think helped this person. They said they came into the store wanting a ring fixed as they had it fixed prior. The store personnel asked the gentlemen what worked had we done prior. He said he was not sure, but he knew it had been fixed prior but could not remember what exactly we did. We then asked him for the receipt we give all customers that will hopefully detail what work we did. He did not have the receipt. We explained to him that if he can find the receipt that will help us determine what was fixed so we could see how we can help them. This gentleman has not come back into the store since we asked for the receipt.
There is a phone number attached to this complaint and I have tried calling that number. No one answered the phone so I left my personal cell phone so they could call me back at their convenience. I have still not heard back from them. I would like to help them but its hard to help someone when they do not call you back. So I have tried twice to reach out to the customer to see how can I help them. Its hard to help anyone if they do not call back. If they would me to help them please pass ** my phone number so I can try to resolve this.
