Gold Rush Construction completely rebuilt a large deck at our home in Cumbre Vista subdivision My wife and I were very impressed by the exemplary professionalism, competence, and workmanship of Jake *** and his crew from Gold Rush Construction Jake and his crew were consistently on-time, on budget and their work was truly outstanding We would highly recommend Gold Rush Construction for any type of residential construction This is a first rate company in all respects!!!

On July 29, our newly purchased home was destroyed by the horrible hail storm that hit southern Colorado When my wife and I woke up the next morning, we were afraid to see the damage on the outside of the home The roof, gutters, windows, siding, deck and fence were all considered a loss by our insurance company Shortly after that we Contacted Greg *** with GOLD RUSH CONSTRUCTION We can honestly say it was the best decision that we could of made Greg felt for us on a personal level and immediately went to work Roof and gutters were installed within the first week, and as of today the entire job as been completed Greg and The GOLD RUSH crew were first class from start to finish The professionalism and craftsmanship are second to none If you are someone that is needing a Contractor for any project that you might have, We would recommend GOLD RUSH CONSTRUCTION 100% of the time A huge thank you to Greg and the crew for making our new home, truly our home

We contracted Gold Rush Construction on two major projects. First, to build a sunroom/ balcony on our home in 2013 ($505K); again in 2016 to replace all windows and stucco our home ($37K). Greg [redacted], owner, met w/ us and provided counsel on best approach and detailed project projections. He met estimated costs and finished before his deadline. He actually went above and beyond to perform additional enhancements/repairs at minimal and/or no cost. He personally inspected and managed every aspect of both constructions. His team was professional in appearance and work; timely and prompt; always cleaned up at the end of each day; kept us informed of work to be performed the next day--an outstanding team. Phil, manager, was phenomenal. Both times proved to be a "great" experience. We highly and without any reservation recommend Gold Rush Construction for any type of project--small or large. You can trust Greg - his word is his bond.

Greg was great to work with, listened to my concerns and he and his crew were the best. Did a great job, couldn't be more pleased, His office folks were great to work with and helped tremendously with my insurance company in getting the repair quote reconciled.
