Review: [redacted], the [redacted], seemed nice, but turned out to be completely dishonest in everything she said, what she sold, and how she sold it. I would never send anyone to this dealer based on her bold faced lies. She was a very good lier, but seemed so honest. A few examples, she said the $895 GAP insurance was required by the lender and not optional, even after I pressed the issue (I was pretty sure that this was not legal). As it turns out, this is not legal. She also presented a warranty with a $100 deductible, without presenting the deductible. When I asked, she admitted to the deductible. I asked what the cost was for the same warranty without any deductible. It turned out to be a few hundred dollars more, $1995. We decided on the 0 deductible and were charged for it. When the paperwork came, she had actually sold us the $100 deductible warranty for the higher price. Just the two biggest examples that we caught.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the GAP warranty was not actually required and that we did not want. I also would like to return or exchange the extended warranty that is not what we were sold and I would like the actual waranty we were promised.

Mr. [redacted] has been contacted. Although we feel his complaints are not factual, in light of customer service, we have funded him a large portion of the GAP price and we have reduced his warranty deductible to $0.00 as he says he requested. He should now be satisfied.
