Hello, I've been going back and forth with this company since December. I ordered over $1500 worth of Jelwery from them thinking it was good quality. I placed my first small order with them, which came in a timely manner. I place a second order which was bigger than the first one, this one took very long for whatever reasons but this is when the problems started. I was conversing back and forth through email with a lady name Christine, she promised to correct my second order and promised me a free chain and bracelet which I never received. I was told to send back the
Jelwery that was incorrect and she was gonna correct it and send out the free items, while I was waiting for that, I put in another order which came but the chains was wrong so I sent back two chains but the only sent back one, now I'm upset because they didn't send back all my Jelwery or the free jewelry so I went in their Facebook to try and get further help and a so-called manager emailed by the name of James, he told me that he was gonna replace everything for free, I didn't have to send back nothing and I can get two items of my choice, after that email, I wrote back thanking him and asked what to do next? He didn't write me back until two, three weeks later saying the same thing and still to this day still nothing. They've been ignoring all my emails after that and those emails were pictures of their chain that turned my nephew neck green just after having it for only a month.
