I purchased a groupon for eyeliner from the company, the advertising states the groupon entitles you for eyeliner on either the top or bottom eyes. once the appointment was made the merchant was very late, however the customer will be charged a fee if they are late, the merchant was very unprofessional and I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The merchant went on to explain the groupon is only for a line that will not be visible, for the eyeliner he had advertised on Groupon starts at $100- and go up to $500. Because I was not expecting this I said I will need to reschedule, he states you can not reschedule either get it done now or pay again. Because I had no money I had to leave with no services and he get to keep the money paid to groupon. Afterwards I looked at reviews and he has done this to several women.provides no service however keeps the money we paid to groupon. This has also been reported to groupon.

Dear Ms.. Thank you for taking the time in leaving a feedback. You had purchased the Top or Bottom Eyeliner voucher from a third party (Groupon), and they are the ones that offer refund. According to their report, you have already received full refund from Groupon which was your intended resolution to this complaint.
You are correct, the voucher does not cover thicker eyeliners with wings on Top. It covers the line as shown in the only image on the Groupon's deal page. On our business website, besides online booking, you may find detailed information about different types of eyeliners including multiple pictures (portfolio) and pricing. You are correct, the voucher does not cover dramatic
Addressing your concern regarding the delay on the afternoon of Dec 13, you had called in regarding delay due to traffic jam. You were asked not to worry and drive safe. Then I got stuck in the same traffic and communicated with you about the brief delay.
After filling out consent form and medical questionnaire, we spent over an hour going thru detailed consultation and many pics on website to understand the difference between different eyeliners. You did not expect the additional charge for additional eyeliner service (beyond the covered eyeliner) on top eyelid. Therefore, you were offered basic eyeliner on top or bottom eyelid, however you declined both options. You requested to reschedule the appointment for another 3 hours appointment. We discussed that two appointments for one $45 Groupon voucher were not possible. Unfortunately, you left unsatisfied without receiving any service, and we had no customers for another 2 hours on the most requested day, a Friday, with clients on waiting-list. The next day, you "reported the experience to Groupon" as a negative review for Gold Permanent Makeup, filed a complaint with Revdex.com and received your money as refund from Groupon (for the voucher).
I apologize we were unable to honor your request of complimentary service (designer eyeliner) on top of an already 85% off service thru Groupon. Please contact us directly, should you have any questions or concerns.

Groupon refunded fees and NOT Gold Permanent Makeup. I will not further the complaint because groupon stepped in to rectify the issue. I still do not agree with the vendor and their practices however Groupon has refunded the fees. thank you Revdex.com
