They have poorly maintained equipment, they do not keep replacement parts on hand for their equipment. They have poor customer service for a small town business, the owner sat behind his desk and refused to talk with me about the issues we had with their rentals and the charges on the rental. We did more work fixing the problems we had with their equipment then we did using the equipment. They acted like they were doing me a favor for not charging me for the diesel we had privately purchased and replaced in their broken equipment and only charged for the replacement . I will not rent from them again and suggest that others don't either.
