Review: I ordered A part for my Maytag Stove . They had to order it. We think its the wrong part cause the end of the ignighter is not going to fit. so we took the part back they will not give us a refund at all. They are really rude to people. They are trying To tell me its the right part that they called maytag and its the part that goes to the stove. We did a stop payment on our credit card. And capital one is going to look in to this issue also. I will NEVER Ever use that place again and my word of mouth about them to people will be never use this company. I Don't know how they are still in business with an F rating from the Revdex.comDesired Settlement: I would My Credit card to show the refund on it on the next statement!!!!!!!

In this case the customer was informed before he took the part that it was not nonreturnable! When the customer came to take the part he asked us why it looked different than the one in his unit. We told him that Whirlpool changed the part and inside the box there are ceramic wire nuts for in the case the plug end doesn't match. The directions from Whirlpool are to cut the old plug end off of the old ignitor and by using the ceramic wire nuts, you connect the old plug end to the new ignitor.
