See the below copy of email I sent-No response-I did mention some of these item the day he came to pick up final check. He was non responsive. Looking over and then the final straw when the wall was not leveled. How can you send contractors that do not do the most simple things in remodeling/upgrades.

In addition, he wasn't on site and his workers did not speak English fluently.

The job you did will cost me about an extra $1,000. Take this as notice that I intend to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

1- The plumber cost $235, The spout on the tub was installed upside down.

2-Your crew did not use a leveler the shower walls are not straight, it is so uneven that the shower door will have to be costumed made, an addition $427 plus tax. ( the floor is also not leveled properly)

3-an extra $350-400 to fix the grout, painting and other etc.. see attached pictures.

4-not to mention the chipped mirror that I put an insurance claim in for.
