called a shady company makes us feel bad.  Now, to answer the complaint, our intentions were never to keep a customers $10. We pay a referral fee when a customer is referred to us by another customer. It just so happened that the complaintant was not available for 1 1/2 months so, the only means of contact was to reach the spouse, who was left as a reference.   By no means do we ever want a customer to feel harrasment or threatened. Our intententions are to be the company everyone wants to go borrow money from and a place they can reffer there family and friends that will help them establish credit.   The desired settlement had already been reached before arrival of the emailed complaint. We apologized to the wife, if we made her feel any type of harrasment and, we mailed a $10 check to the complaintant . We are in business to help a community that has trouble obtaining credit. We are not a payday lender. We are a small loan lender. The type of small loans that have been around for over 50 years. Our intentions are to help a customer not, make him feel harrased.
