I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: on the basis that they did not do their jobs as agreedYou've been privy to an email from the gentleman Brian *** who was an employee of this organization claiming that the takeover was a key selling pointWhy is it then that this gentleman who represents gold key at no point in that communication suggest that it was an ill advised move? These people are going around scamming innocent people and need to be stoppedPlease refer to the emails I forwarded to *** *** ***

I have sent an e-mail to Ms. [redacted] offering to remove her timeshare listing and refund half of her marketing fee.  I am waiting for a response.  Steven M[redacted]

As stated previously by Sam R[redacted], they sold their timeshare...

unit back to the resort in May of 2015 and used the proceeds to upgrade to a larger, more expensive unit.  They no longer own the timeshare they placed up for sale with us.  They say they were forced by their resort, [redacted], to do this but that has nothing to do with us.  [redacted] pressures their clients to do this, but cannot force them any more than Ford could force the owner of a 2011 Mustang to upgrade to a 2017 Mustang.  It is unfortunate they let [redacted] pressure them, but by doing so, they voided their agreement with us in May of 2015.
