Review: I bought a bracelet from them, returned it and haven't received my refund. They told me they got the bracelet in one email, then the next time we spoke they said they didn't have it. They even asked me in an email if I wanted to put the refund toward a different piece I had picked out. [redacted] said it was delivered to them. G and D told me they'd been working with the [redacted] looking for the package and they said they were in contact with the Postmaster General. I spoke with the branch in California and they said that isn't true. They said there would've been a case opened with a case # if someone had called about a missing item. I got the very expensive gold bracelet on or about July 22 and it was delivered back to them by tracking, on July 29. It took them over a month to tell me they didn't have it, had it, didn't have it. As of today they won't respond to my emails. I'm on medication for emotional problems and trusted them this whole time. He was like mentioning things about trying to help a [redacted] brother to me. Really? I don't see anything religious about your actions. [redacted] asked me if I'd ever returned anything before cuz I waited so long to report it to them. I trusted them to handle it. That's kind of how it is when you have mental issues. You trust ppl. :(Desired Settlement: Refund my money
