I was recently looking for a apartment to move in with a roommate and my boyfriendWe put in an application each, put in our admins fee and application fee'sWhen we got approved we put down a $depositAfter we got approved the sales lady sent us an lease (Emailed)When we looked at the lease, we noticed it was not the price we had talked about (the rent on the lease was $more than what was noted on the application)My boyfriend and I noticed the price difference and didn't sign the leaseHowever, my roommate did.When we tried to call the apartments they were never there and never returned our phone callsWe got frustrated and we decided we were going to look else where since they seemed uninterested in our concerns.My boyfriend called about getting a refund back, when he asked for it, they hung up on him I finally got ahold of the leasing manager, RosaShe argued with me on the phone and said the refund was non-refundable.However we haven't moved in yet, and we signe
